Process Evaluation

With this service, Fleet Group, will travel to pre-selected locations to observe, evaluate and analyze actual as-is, work processes. During our observations, we will focus on the key processes that have the largest impact on your fleets’ bottom line. Typically, these processes are Warranty, Preventive Maintenance, Tires, Purchasing and Computerized Maintenance Management Software performance. Due to the uniqueness of each fleet, and their varied operating conditions, we will work with you to identify areas with the greatest opportunity for cost savings for your particular fleet.

During our observations, we will collect information concerning each step of your as-is processes to determine the added value. We will also interview key personnel in order to gain insight verifying the need of each step of the processes. Each step of the process will be evaluated to determine the value-added and any recommendations for changes will be noted.
