3/1/2007 - Fleet Group Hosts two more 2 -1/2 day PM class for Old Dominion Truck Leasing

Called back due to popular demand, Fleet Group hosted a second PM Training Class for Old Dominion Truck Leasing in March. This time, Fleet Group delivered two 2-1/2 day training classes that consisted of part classroom and part hands on training.

AutoZone, Inc. headquartered in Memphis, TN retains Fleet Group to assist in developing Best Business Practices, and to address training and position qualifications for their Fleet Maintenance Operations. Fleet Group will perform an in-depth Needs Analysis of their operations to determine the processes that are currently being utilized. 6/1/2006 - Fleet Group to exhibit at the 2006 Truck Show - Las Vegas, NV

Fleet Group is all set to attend The Truck Show in Las Vegas on June 15-17, 2006. The purpose of the Truck Show is to bring together buyers and sellers of heavy equipment and medium duty truck equipment and services in a forum that makes it easy to conduct business. 5/15/2006 - Fleet Group performs Maintenance Analysis for  Four Seasons Produce - Ephrata, PA

Fleet Group is contracted by Four Seasons Produce to conduct a Maintenance Analysis of their maintenance facilities. When conducting the analysis, Fleet Group will observe PM processes, warranty procedures, ordering of parts, inventory management and other day to day maintenance processes. Once the analysis is completed a detailed report will be presented to the client with the issues, observations and recommendations that were observed during the analysis.

4/15/2006 - Fleet Group signs second phase deal with Alan Ritchey, Inc (ARI)- Valley View, TX

Fleet Group has signed a second phase agreement with Alan Ritchey, Inc (ARI) to implement processes in regards to workflow and purchasing.  We will be training their personnel in these new processes. Back in July of 2005, ARI selected Fleet Group to implement Process Improvement Recommendations which were identified during the Maintenance Analysis that was performed by Fleet Group in June of 2005. After following through with those recommendations, the newly defined processes/procedures will be documented and the software will be set to achieve the desired functionality. End users will be trained on the newly defined processes for purchasing and workflow in the shop.

4/5/2006 - Fleet Group to exhibit at NPTC Annual Education Conference

Fleet Group will be exhibiting at the NPTC 2006 Education Management Conference & Exhibition in Nashville, TN April 30 - May 2. We will be presenting at booth 143. Based on comments heard from private fleet managers, exhibitors and sponsors - it was one of the best meetings run by NPTC in many years.
